Production process: first, the steel pipe is pickled to remove the surface oxides, then cleaned in ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution tank, and finally sent to the hot dip galvanising tank. At a high temperature, the molten metal reacts chemically with the iron substrate to produce an alloy layer, which combines the substrate and the coating to form a hot-dip galvanised steel pipe.
