Titanium Alloy Tube That Is Easy To Process, Shape, And Weld
Gr7 titanium tube, also known as TA9 (Gr7) titanium palladium alloy tube, is a titanium alloy tube with high strength and corrosion resistance. Gr7 titanium tubes are mainly composed of titanium with a purity of over 99%, iron with 0.12%, aluminum with 0.25%, and palladium with 0.2%. The combination of these elements gives Gr7 titanium alloy unique properties.
1. High strength: Gr7 titanium tubes have high tensile strength and can withstand pressures above 620MPa, making them suitable for applications that require high strength.
2. Corrosion resistance: Gr7 titanium tubes exhibit excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing media. At the same time, it can also maintain a certain degree of corrosion resistance in reducing media, especially suitable for improving the ability to resist crevice corrosion in high chloride ion concentration media.
3. Lightweight: Gr7 titanium tubes have a lower density, only about 60% of steel, making them an ideal choice for lightweight design.
